Congratulations to Sean O'Connell...2016 Holy Grail Champion.

Sean proved that if you do not play during the summer and just 3 practice rounds right before the Grail...that you too can win the Grail.  Thursday's round -4, Friday E, Saturday +4 and Sunday +8...not bad at all.

Now on to 2017...the 20th Grail will be 3 rounds of golf.
Point Sebago - Thursday Sept. 14th - Sunday 17th
Package A:
~ $435
3 Nights Stay
3 Rounds of Golf
2 Breakfasts
2 Dinners
Prizes Fee
Package B:
~ $385
2 Nights Stay
3 Rounds of Golf
2 Breakfasts
2 Dinners
Prizes Fee
Thursday practice round is $35...pay at course...please let me know if you are playing.
I will have final package prices soon.
I think going out for Thursday dinner and Friday breakfast is better option then they will provide.  Plus, 3 dinners may be a little too much at Sebago.

Grail Facts and Lore:
1.  Pete Lincoln averages a +2 on Saturday, while dropping to a -4 on Sunday.  His only postive Sunday was the year he won.  Looks like he replaces Bryan as 'Mr. Saturday'.
2.  Mike Passcucci owns the record for the overall closest to the pin with 3 inches at Mount Snow in 2005.
3.  Bryan Hunt and an ungoverned golf cart are a bad mix...Point Sebago 2009.

More to come...hopefully...
